We collect and handle personal information as part of our obligations as a licensed real estate agency operating in New South Wales and Victoria, and in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), together with applicable state-based property legislation and regulatory requirements.

In most circumstances involving property transactions, trust money, inspections or formal agreements, we are unable to deal with individuals anonymously or using a pseudonym. If you choose not to provide required personal information, we may be unable to provide certain services.

  • Our employees, contractors and authorised representatives
  • Vendors, purchasers, landlords and tenants involved in a transaction

  • Government agencies or regulators, including NSW Fair Trading and Consumer Affairs Victoria, where required by law

We do not sell personal information.

  • Contacting our office directly

Opting out will not affect communications required to manage an existing transaction, tenancy or agreement.
